All coaches are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding. We follow venue and school safeguarding policies on site.

Any safeguarding concern can be reported directly to the lead coach or via the contact details below.

Sessions are teacher-led with PE teaching qualifications and current first-aid certification.

We carry public liability insurance suitable for school, party, holiday club and care home settings.

When you contact us or make a booking we collect only the details needed to deliver the service: name, contact details, venue/event information and any medical or accessibility notes you share with us.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Enquiry and booking information is held in secure email and booking tools used by our team. Access is limited to staff who need it to run your session.

We keep records only as long as needed for the booking, follow-up, and legal/insurance obligations.

We only take or use photos with the explicit permission of parents/carers, schools or care home managers. Permissions can be withdrawn at any time.

If you'd like a photo removed from our website or social media, contact us and we'll action it promptly.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your data where we're not legally required to keep it.
